Terms of Service

The following terms govern your use of Eurolane Limo services. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions in full.

Full Policy

Cancellation, Waiting Time & Service Policy

By confirming a booking with Eurolane Limo, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Transfers (non-hourly bookings)

Free cancellation is available up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

Hourly Bookings

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

Long-Distance Trips (over 125 miles / approximately 200 km)

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Standard Pickups

If the passenger does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and cannot be reached, the booking will be classified as a no-show and the full fare will be charged.

Airport, Train Station & Port Pickups (ARRIVALS ONLY)

If the passenger does not arrive within 60 minutes of the actual flight, train, or ship arrival time and cannot be reached, the booking will be classified as a no-show and the full fare will be charged.

Passengers must remain reachable via phone or messaging. Failure to communicate may result in the ride being classified as a no-show.

WAITING TIME POLICY

Standard Pickups

Up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the scheduled pickup time.

Airport, Train Station & Port Pickups (ARRIVALS ONLY)

Up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included for arriving passengers only.

This waiting time begins from the actual flight, train, or ship arrival time, not the scheduled pickup time.

This applies only to pickups from airports, train stations, or ports. It does NOT apply to drop-offs or standard city pickups.

ADDITIONAL WAITING TIME & SERVICE EXTENSIONS

After the complimentary waiting period:

Waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments.

Charges are calculated based on the hourly rate of the booked vehicle.

Example — if the hourly rate is $100:

15 minutes = $25

30 minutes = $50

45 minutes = $75

Additional stops, delays, route changes, or extended service time beyond the original booking may be charged accordingly.

GENERAL TERMS

Euroline Limo Services reserves the right to apply additional charges reasonably based on actual service conditions.

All time calculations and policies are based on New York local time (EST/EDT).

By completing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Please ensure all details are accurate at the time of booking. We recommend booking in advance for peak travel periods and special events.

Pricing

Prices are provided at the time of booking and are based on the route, vehicle class, and any additional services requested. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or special requests.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must behave respectfully at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service in case of unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior that endangers the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers.

Delays

Eurolane Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes when possible.

Liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and reliable transport, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseen damages.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion for safety, legal, or operational reasons. This includes situations involving intoxication, illegal activity, or threats to staff safety.
